I first called Muhammad for an emergency call to restore a breaker. He offered a reasonable time to arrive and fix the problem. He alerted me to the root problem and offered a solution so that the problem wouldn't reoccur. He coordinated everything with Toronto Hydro and completed the job in a professional manner. Muhammad provided up-front pricing, no hidden fees and the job was completed as scheduled. I'll be calling Safe Electrical again for future jobs!

Muhammad and his team were fantastic to work with. We had issues with our panel which needed to be replaced and they performed everything quickly and professionally. We had a visit the very next day from when I called and they helped coordinate everything with Toronto Hydro. There was clear and consistent communication throughout the experience and we are very pleased with all of the work completed. They are upfront with all pricing and there were zero surprises, with thorough explanations of everything required to resolve the issue. We now feel safe with our new panel and surge protector. Highly recommend!
